Terms of Service

1. Who can use CARGA

For this test, CARGA is for people 18 and over: you must be 18 or older to join the early list, to create an account or to use Coach mode. Joining the list is free, and it does not guarantee an invite or a date. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe, and the information you give us must be accurate.

2. Not medical advice

CARGA is a training log and competition app. It does not give medical advice, and journeys, milestones, challenges and leagues are not tailored to your health. Exercise carries risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, stop if you feel pain or unwell, and train within your limits. You take part at your own risk.

3. Your content and conduct

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and display it to the people your privacy settings allow, so the app can work.

Do not log training you did not do, manipulate scores, harass or impersonate others, post unlawful or abusive content, scrape the service or try to break its security. We may remove content or scores and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Challenges and leagues

Scores are calculated automatically from logged and synced activity. We may correct or remove entries that look wrong or dishonest. Challenges and leagues are for fun: there are no cash prizes, and results carry no monetary value.

5. Coach mode

Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or agents of CARGA. A coach is solely responsible for their own qualifications, insurance, programming, advice and client relationships. CARGA does not vet coaches and is not a party to the agreement between a coach and a client.

6. Price of the app

Nothing is on sale yet. If we introduce paid features later, they will be clearly priced before you buy.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

8. The service

We work to keep CARGA running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use CARGA after that means you accept the new terms.
